The first agreement for your startup is frequently among the cofounders. This agreement is the basis of the initial contributions, roles and responsibilities, and, unfortunately, what happens if the startup fails. This session will discuss common terms among cofounders, such as who makes or contributes what, roles and responsibilities, vesting schedules and slicing the pie, and events such as dissolution or acquisition.
